Instructions

How to make Mutton Reshmi Kebab
Step 1
Mix the minced mutton along with salt, raw papaya paste and ginger-garlic paste in a large bowl. Cover the bowl and allow it to marinate for 2 hours.

Step 2
Meanwhile, take another bowl and add green chillies, onions, coriander leaves, mint leaves, mashed bread and mix them well.

Step 3
Once the mutton is marinated, add 1 tablespoon of water, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, coconut powder, cream, butter and the bread mix. Mix all the ingredients well with a big spoon.

Step 4
Make small balls from the mixture and press each ball to give them the shape of a kebab. Place all the kebabs on a plate, separately.

Step 5
Heat oil in a pan over medium flame and shallow fry the kebabs from both the sides until they turn golden brown in colour.

Step 6
Once done with frying, take out the kebabs on a plate and soak excess oil with tissue papers. Serve hot with mint chutney.
